TSCA Compliance Policy
To ensure compliance with the U.S. Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), SIA 'Kamenskaya Ink' provides the following information for customers based in the United States.
What is TSCA?
The TSCA is a U.S. law regulating the import of chemical substances. Some of our products (e.g., inks, paints) may fall under its scope when shipped to the U.S.
Why Is TSCA Compliance Required?
U.S. Customs requires importers of applicable goods to submit a signed TSCA declaration form confirming that the products comply with TSCA rules. Failure to provide this may result in the shipment being delayed, returned, or destroyed.
Authorization for TSCA Declaration
For U.S.-bound shipments, SIA 'Kamenskaya Ink' may submit the TSCA form on your behalf, but only with your explicit written authorization. At checkout or on the product page, you may be asked to confirm:
“I authorize the seller to complete and submit the TSCA declaration on my behalf using my shipping information.”
This serves as legal consent, allowing us to submit the necessary documentation to expedite customs clearance.
Use of Information
Your shipping details are used exclusively for fulfilling your order and submitting regulatory documentation (including the TSCA form). This information is never shared beyond the purpose of compliance with U.S. import requirements.

You can download the blank TSCA declaration form here if needed.
