Orders
Select the catalog section you are interested in and the product you like. Choose a color and volume and click on the "Add to Bag" button. Enter your contact details on the checkout page. Choose shipping and payment methods. Once your order has been placed we will ship it in 1-2 working days and let you know the tracking number.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail (we will use e-mail that you provided during checkout).
Shipping & Returns
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Please note that recipients of international shipments (ie outside EU) may be subject to additional import taxes, fees, and customs duties (hereafter, Import Fees), levied by the customs office of your shipping destination. Import Fees vary according to the customs regulations of the destination country, cannot be estimated prior to shipping and is the responsibility of the recipient.
After you place your order we will get it ready for the shipment in 1-2 working days.
Planned delivery time* after we submit your parcel to courier company depends on the selected shipping option:
- Standard shipping (by post): EU - up to 7 days, other countries - 10-21 days
- Expedited shipping with FedEx:
- FedEx® International Connect Plus: 1-4 business days within Europe, 4 business days to the U.S., 3-5 business days to Asia-Pacific and the rest of the world
- FedEx International Economy®: typically, 2-5 business days
- FedEx International Priority® Express: typically, 1-3 business days

RETURN OF GOODS OF PROPER QUALITY
The buyer has the right to cancel the order any time before it is submitted to the courier company, and within 7 days after handing over the goods. Return of goods of proper quality is possible, if the product has retained its marketable appearance, consumer properties, and there is a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods. The seller reserves the right to refuse to accept the goods if there are traces of their use. If the buyer rejects the goods of proper quality, the amount paid by the buyer, excluding the seller's costs of initial shipping and return shipping, shall be returned to the buyer no later than 10 days from the date of the return of the goods.
RETURN / REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If a defect is found in the goods, the buyer is entitled to file one of the following claims with the seller:
- to request a replacement with similar goods (the same trade mark and/or article number);
- replace with the same product of a different model (article), with a corresponding adjustment of the purchase price;
- claim a proportionate reduction of the purchase price;
- to demand a refund of the purchase price.
CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS IN TRANSIT
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order even after it has been shipped but before it has been delivered. Here's how we handle such situations:
Cancellation Requests:
If you wish to cancel an order that is in transit but has not yet been delivered, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Fees:
Depending on the stage of transit and any costs incurred by us up to that point, a cancellation fee may apply. If the cancellation is made for reasons depending on the customer (i.e., not due to a fault on our part), the refund will be issued after deducting the cost of initial shipping and return shipping.
Refund Process:
If your cancellation request is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Yes, we offer virtual gift cards with a value of 50, 100, 150 or 200 EUR. Please contact as in any convenient way for you to order it.
Certificate Usage Rules:
1. You can redeem your voucher once.
2. The voucher can be used for an unlimited period.
3. When choosing goods for a sum that exceeds the par value of the gift certificate, you may make an additional payment for the missing amount.
4. If you choose goods for less than the par value of the certificate, the rest of the money is not refunded.
